This festival happens because Arecibo made it happen. The Municipio Autónomo de Arecibo opened the town’s coastline to the world tour — ten days of road closures, beach crews, and civic backing so that La Marginal could host the best surfers in the world and Puerto Rico. The wave is theirs. We are grateful to share it.
